Overview
Collaborating with international IT agency GG on envisioning and designing UI/UX solutions for clienteling digital products and applications for Estee Lauder Group and Darphin Paris. 

Mercury - Your Retail Companion App, is a business toolset application based on Swiss Army Knife UX metaphor. Part of a larger ecosystem, Mercury is collaborating seamlessly with EL Group's SAP Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) systems along with additional systems as payroll, data mining and reporting applications and managing customers engagement business processes. 

It empowers Beauty Advisors and Sales Executives within EL Group brands and network, to manage customers engagement business processes for bringing customers into the stores, providing personalized in-store shopping experience, and keeping customers coming back for more. Additionally, it enables them with inventory management system functionalities for increased efficiency and smart decision-making, which give them insight into which items are in-store and which are likely to be needed. Furthermore, Mercury tablet application provides them with easy-to-use tools and mini-apps for multiple shifts activation, monitoring and scheduling, along with dashboard analytics for measuring goals and overall performance.
Current specification includes: Customers Relationship Management (CRM), Inventory Management System, POS-System via handheld terminals, remote Office Management and integrated Monitoring and Measurement functionalities.
