Overview
Collaborating with international IT agency GG on planning and designing UI/UX solutions for Luxembourg Airport web and mobile user experience. Designing a modern digital hub accommodating passengers and other stakeholders (cargo, corporate and airport staff) with various levels of abilities who are interacting with and within the environment, on a multitude of circumstances important to their user journey, in an efficient, effective and satisfying manner.
Partnered with the international project team, prepared a UX design slide-deck and presented it, as member of the team, to the executive board of Luxembourg Airport, CEO and independent consultant
 Contribution and Impact

↳ Kickstarted a User-Centered Design process focusing on usability and iterative design

↳ Evaluated current analytics and on-site observations to make informed decisions and related information architecture recommendations

↳ Research for best practices, trends, insights and other material on global airports digital experiences (e.g articles, surveys, International Travel Awards)

↳ Comparative assessment of global awarded airport web/mobile experiences and best cross-industry UX practices

↳ Mapping initial user journey by tracing on-site the steps of a business traveler persona and reflecting on current pain points. Developed UX Vision, Design Strategy, Approach, UX Concepts and metaphors. Designed UX plan, in collaboration with UX Researcher, including in-situ research and user interviews in order to further investigate initial conclusions

↳ Demonstrated the envisioned user experience of an international traveller through an interactive prototype to executive board of Luxembourg Airport and advocated on designing user experiences with User-Centered Design (UCD) process (slide-deck presentation) at business conference on behalf of the agency
